You know Magnus Carlsen's actual name is Sven Magnus øen Carlsen

Endless says:

At 4:54..instead of kf3 why isn't bd5 any good?

Henno Brandsma says:

Why not h6 after Kg7 Bd5? I see no mate then.

YouPop TV says:

Such a good title perfectly fits the game

GeneralArmorus says:

holy thumbnail repetition batman

Hans Shrestha says:

Bishop g8 is also a wining move 🤔or no ?

This game is full of plot twists!

8:38 g4 defending the king

I found Rd7, doesn't it work as well? I knew the bishop check was a blunder because of the thumbnail lmao

Erik Matonickin says:

Do you feel change in agads voice? Listen to agad before 2 years and todays agad.

Lovely to see that even a player of Magnus' calibre could miss winning moves like a noob like me.

Yesterday I played a classical game and I got the similar position as on 7:35 with black match ended in draw

Ash The Pokemon Master says:

2:07 the fact that he just casually said Ke2 as if it was a normal move. Sorry if I sound like an idiot. Explain why that was a totally normal move pls

bad bovine says:

Me, a 900+ player: *feels powerful for quickly catching the winning rook sacrifice Carlsen missed*
Also me: ah yes, sacrificing my Queen for this threatening B7 pawn is the optimal move.

Firewolfcz says:

6:50 Also Bh6 seemed good to me, because even if Rg8, Bg7+ nonetheless, Rxg7, Rd8+ Rg8, Rxg8#. But black has Bxc3 as a good defence.

Bubba Hottep says:

I wish they would still play those games when the match was won. The GM's could have a lot of fun with wild games and no pressure.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I be holding this trophy.
