8/10 https://www.theneedledrop.com/loved-list/2020/1/loved-list-2020

Y’all know this is just my opinion, right?

TheLegend312 says:

Love the new name

Replay Archive says:

9:16 melon needs to learn the difference between 3/4 and 6/8

InfantGoose6565 says:

I don't get how people watch this clown.

Valter Knap says:

out of sight goes so hard

StompySan says:

Am I the only person who thinks the mix on this entire album is just… rushed? I mean, the actual production is excellent, but the actual mixing throughout just seems sloppy, overblown, and easily the worst in RTJ history. Don't get me wrong, the album is still a solid 8, but comparing the mix of this to some of the tracks in RTJ2 or the FLAWLESS execution on Call Ticketron, it seemed a bit rushed.

Alan Davidson says:

Thanks for the review, I hate it

MrYouarethecancer says:

Idk how it doesn't get a 9 or 10 tbh

Alexandre Sasseville says:

RTJ reminds me, Method man & Redman on The Blackout!

ArcaneRez says:

TOTALLY DISAGREE> RTJ= GAHBAGE

xoobo vola says:

"Justice for Breonna Taylor." Instant like.

Autumn Gunter says:

In the beginning of Walking in the Snow El-P breaks down the function of fascism , "funny fact about a cage, they're never built for just one group, so when that cage is done with them and you're still poor, it come for you". And that is one of the single greatest lines I've ever heard in a rap song. Killer Mikes verse in that is breathtakingly relevant, and they recorded this track a year ago. "I can't breathe" is just famous last words in the black community these days. George Floyd, Eric Garner Manuel Ellis, Muhammad Abdul Muhaymin, the list goes on.

wcg66 says:

Who else in hip hop samples Gang of Four?

Zach says:

El-P teased tv/movie projects coming from RTJ on the People's Party so possibly a yankee and the brave show???

Slade Stockill says:

So sad to see this kook still at it

Wesley Amirault says:

The Alton Brown of rap album reviews

D says:

I have the second half of holy calamafuck on repeat. what you say about this in your evaluation of the album does not come across to me that way. I heavily vibe to the second part and it connect with me on a darker level. agree to disagree..

Old Bull Lee says:

Honestly love this album. Think it'll be one of the best to come out this year and you know rappers are racing to put out an album rn. RTJ just executed so well

Max-RDJ says:

Her: I love guys who speak French.
Me: 3:04

StraitOuta HoCaresWerUFrum says:

For me this album is a 9. Calling it a 8 undermines what it means to be an 8. Please relisten to the album, all the tracks are solid and it's closer is their best song yet

chris blah says:

"Just got done walking in the snow
Goddamn that mitherfucker cold"

That shit is so fucking hard

carlos costas says:

Their music sounds like what gets played in the credits of every Fast and the Furious movie
